ME

My name is Anna. Let me tell you more about myself. As far back as I can remember, I have been an intuitive empath. I am able to understand, sense and feel subtle energies and what others are going through. People have always opened up to me. With an Honours Degree in Educational Psychology, I applied my empathetic skills and mentored and counselled scholars. I took this a step further with qualifying as an Master Reiki Practitioner, where I live out my passion for helping people by healing on an emotional, physical and mental level.

I have a passion for animals. I have called my practice,” Blue Wolf Reiki “ as I am very connected to wolves. Wolves are seen as a source of wisdom and intuition. They have a strong instinct and are loyal. I carry these traits in my personality and in my practice. The colour blue generates extreme calm. Blue is cooling, sedative and soothing to the body’s systems. Blue relieves anxiety, physical stress and relaxes muscles. It offers peace and serenity. The client will feel all these sensations after getting a treatment at Blue Wolf Reiki!

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique. All things on earth have an energy field and carry a vibration. Our bodies, thoughts and emotions also carry energy and vibration. In our hectic lives, we create energy blockages and imbalances, which eventually lead to disease. Reiki is a safe, nonintrusive hands on and hands off healing technique in which the Reiki practitioner channels and moves energy, balancing and healing the client physically, emotionally and mentally. Balance is therefore restored, enabling the physical body to heal itself.

what should the client expect

I offer a safe space, where the client is treated to a wonderfully relaxing Reiki session. The client will lie on a massage table, fully clothed. I will place my hands on or near the body, balancing mind, body and soul. Some clients feel warmth, coolness or tingling. Some see colours and some feel an incredible well-being. The sessions can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes long.

what is

crystal healing

I am a certified crystal healer. Crystals have been part of the earth since the beginning of time. Each crystal carries a unique frequency and energy. They help to balance physical, emotional and mental imbalances in the body by interacting with the client’s energy field. Crystals can be used on their own or added in a Reiki session, which makes it more powerful.

I am a registered, Master Reiki practitioner and a proud member of the South African Reiki Association (RASA), membership number 1495.

I am a RASA (Reiki Association of South Africa) accredited Reiki Master Teacher. I offer two courses:

Usui Shiki Ryoho

This is a 12 week comprehensive, foundational course that will introduce you to the Usui system of Reiki healing. This includes level 1, 2 and Advanced. Apart from being certified as an Advanced Reiki Practitioner, you will learn how to become an empowered, confident healer! There are many extras in the course. You will learn how to handle fear, how to deal and overcome self limitation, you will meet your guides and guardian angel and learn how to create crystal manifestation grids and so much more! Included are very comprehensive manuals!

Seichem Reiki

This is an ancient Egyptian healing system with roots going back to Atlantis. It is a very heart centred, high vibrational healing that works at a deep, soul level. It is excellent for healing trauma, obstacles and fears on all levels! Included are wonderful meditations and practices for expansion, soul evolution of self and others! A manual is included. You need to be a certified level 2 Reiki Practitioner to take this course.
